Jemmy is a lizard-morph, with bulbous eyes atop a wedge-shaped head.  He has two fingers and one thumb on each hand, and this, along with his prehensile tail and ability to change his skin color, imply more than a little chameleon DNA in his genome.

Jemmy tends to speak of himself in the third person.

Jemmy is not impressed with humans, and is highly suspicious of both the Reclamation Project and the Prefecture government, which he calls “[[characters:Durgavati|Durgavati]]’s nepotistic nest.”

Jemmy is //not// a member of the [[organizations:Ambara Defense Front ADF|ADF]] and reacts coldly to anyone who suggests that he is.
