Percy is a typical maned wolf but he's missing the smallest finger from his left paw.

===== Notes =====

He lost the finger when he got caught poaching. [[characters:moshi|]] took a finger from everyone he caught, rather than killing them. Percy has been thankful ever since and he's one of Moshi's few real friends. The two exchange letters frequently.

He has a wife and a daughter. Moshi saved his daughter's live by sending medication to them at no expense.

Percy has connections into the various underground furry organizations and helps them when he can while staying away from anything dangerous.
