The Nine Coins is a bar, tucked along a pedestrian way too narrow for any vehicle larger than a bicycle, and out of the way of regular traffic in Ambara Down.  It is dim and dingy, and the drinks are noticeably watered-down.  It is also a fantastic rumor mill.

Chrome is a silent investor in the bar, and uses it as a tax dodge.
