A basic verDen Defense Force sidearm, the B42 pistol is lightweight and suitably built for most human-sized users. There are numerous variants and modifications available to enhance the weapon’s effectiveness in different scenarios, but the standard caseless ammunition is capable of piercing most light Pax Machina drone exoskeletons with relative ease. Specialized ammunition can also be used depending on the target, with heavy armor-piercing, shield-fizzer, and incendiary rounds being the most common. Short suppressors are also a popular accessory for freelancers with sensitive hearing.
