Tischa is a human, who appears to have a mostly mainline genome. To Chrome, she appears “streamlined,” as if she had been designed for high-velocity travel. She wears her long red hair bound in an elaborate braid. Her motions are liquid and graceful.

Tischa owns and operates The Shadow Garden, a brothel with the reputation of “the most discreet of the discreet,” and she is reluctant for anyone to know her involvement in the plot to humiliate Commander Lillioka in order to protect that reputation.
